Technaxx Secure Drive PRO TX-388 helps drivers receive up-to-date information about traffic hazards, speed checks and speeding. The device is equipped with a 1.3" TFT display with a resolution of 240 × 240 px, showing the current speed, speed limit, alert type, distance to the reported location and battery status.
The device uses data from a community of more than 5 million users and supports Blitzer.de and SCDB.info databases with daily updates.
Bluetooth 5.2 and the TrafficNaxx app for iOS and Android are used to connect to a smartphone. The integrated motion sensor enables automatic wake-up and subsequent connection to a previously paired phone.
The built-in rechargeable 600 mAh battery provides a battery life of up to 2 months and charges via USB-C.

1.3" TFT DISPLAY
The main feature of the TX-388 is the integrated 1.3" TFT display with a resolution of 240 × 240 pixels.
The display is divided into three main sections. The current speed is shown at the top, a traffic hazard or speed check alert icon in the center, and the distance to the location at the bottom.

TRAFFIC HAZARD AND SPEED CHECK ALERTS
When approaching a reported location, the TX-388 alerts the driver with an audible signal and information on the display. Separate buttons on the sides of the device are used to manage speed checks and traffic hazards.

DATA FROM MORE THAN 5 MILLION USERS
TX-388 uses information from sources with more than 5 million users. Blitzer.de and SCDB.info databases are supported, for which the documentation specifies daily updates.
Users can also use the buttons directly on the device to report a new speed check or traffic hazard and confirm existing reports.

AUTOMATIC ACTIVATION
The integrated motion sensor automatically wakes the device. Once activated, the display lights up and the TX-388 attempts to connect to the phone. If a previously paired smartphone is within range, the connection is established automatically.
If the connection cannot be established, the device remains in startup mode for approximately three minutes and then enters sleep mode.

TRAFFICNAXX APP
The TrafficNaxx app is available for iOS and Android. The map in the app displays the locations of traffic hazards and cameras and includes navigation instructions.
The app allows you to check the current battery status, change the device name and adjust settings such as the alert interval, speeding alerts, volume and other parameters.
Only one smartphone can be connected to the device at a time.

APPLE CARPLAY AND ANDROID AUTO
Compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
This allows the TrafficNaxx app to also be used with a compatible vehicle infotainment system.

BATTERY LIFE UP TO 2 MONTHS
The built-in rechargeable 603035 battery has a voltage of 3.7 V and a capacity of 600 mAh. The specified battery life is up to 2 months. Charging takes place via USB-C with a maximum input of 5 V / 0.5 A.
The battery status is visible directly on the display and in the TrafficNaxx app. If the capacity drops to 20% or below, the device emits an audible signal after connecting.

COMPACT INSTALLATION
TX-388 can be placed in the center console or mounted in a suitable location on the dashboard.
