Compact tester for quick checking of the freezing point of ethylene glycol-based coolant with a measuring range from 0 to -40 °C.

Technaxx Antifreeze Coolant Tester TX-415 allows you to quickly check the concentration of antifreeze in the vehicle's cooling system and determine the corresponding freeze protection temperature. It is intended exclusively for ethylene glycol-based coolants.
The tester uses a precise measuring system with two scales and offers a measuring range from 0 to -40 °C with an accuracy of ±3 °C. The 360° rotating indicator makes it easier to read the measured value in different positions.
Measurement is performed by drawing coolant into the measuring chamber using the suction bulb and 20 cm hose. The freeze protection temperature can then be read on the scale. Before opening the radiator, the coolant temperature must be below 80 °C.
The plastic and elastomer construction is compact and easy to store. The tester does not require batteries or any other electrical power supply.

QUICK CHECK OF FREEZE PROTECTION
TX-415 is designed to check the concentration of ethylene glycol-based antifreeze in engine coolant. The coolant is drawn into the measuring chamber using the suction bulb, and the corresponding freeze protection temperature can then be read on the indicator.

MEASURING RANGE AND ACCURACY
The tester has a measuring range from 0 to -40 °C and an accuracy of ±3 °C. For easier reading of values, the device is equipped with a precise two-scale system and a 360° rotating indicator.

EASY TO USE
For measurement, the end of the 20 cm hose is inserted into the coolant and the measuring chamber is completely filled by repeatedly squeezing and releasing the suction bulb.
The freeze protection temperature can then be read on the scale. The tester must be thoroughly cleaned after each use.

SAFETY WARNING
The tester is intended only for ethylene glycol-based coolants and must not be used with flammable or corrosive liquids. Ethylene glycol antifreeze is harmful to health, so contact with the eyes and skin must be avoided. Before opening the radiator, the coolant temperature must be below 80 °C, and pressure in the cooling system must be released carefully due to the risk of hot liquid or steam escaping.
